Accessibility Statement
1. Our commitment
Tairo Ventures Ltd is committed to making tairoventures.com accessible to as many people as possible, including users with visual, hearing, motor, or cognitive disabilities. We design and build with accessibility as a default, not an afterthought.
2. Conformance status
We aim for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). This is also the standard referenced by the EU Web Accessibility Directive and harmonised standard EN 301 549, and is widely recognised as a reasonable benchmark under the United States Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
The Site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA at the date above. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully meet the standard. We are working to remediate the known issues listed below.
The European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) entered into application on 28 June 2025. Tairo Ventures Ltd currently meets the definition of a microenterprise (fewer than 10 staff and annual turnover and balance sheet below EUR 2 million), and so the EAA's substantive accessibility requirements for service providers do not yet apply to us. We monitor this status and will update this statement when our size or service mix changes.
3. What we have done
- Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy and landmarks (
<header>,<main>,<footer>,<nav>). - Body text designed to exceed WCAG AA contrast ratios against the background (4.5 : 1 for normal text, 3 : 1 for large text), targeting WCAG AAA where the typography allows.
- Keyboard-accessible navigation; visible focus indicators on interactive elements.
- Alternative text for the logo and meaningful images; decorative images marked appropriately.
- Responsive design that reflows down to 320 px width without loss of functionality.
- Respect for the user's
prefers-reduced-motionsetting; entrance animations are disabled when this preference is set.
4. Known issues
We are not currently aware of any specific WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria that the Site fails to meet. If you encounter content or functionality that does not work for you, please use the contact details in section 6 and we will treat it as a priority defect.
5. Compatibility
The Site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and assistive technologies including VoiceOver (macOS, iOS), TalkBack (Android), NVDA, and JAWS. Older browsers and unsupported assistive technologies may render the Site with reduced fidelity.

8. Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on the date above, on the basis of a self-evaluation by Tairo Ventures Ltd. The Site has not yet been audited by an independent accessibility reviewer. Testing is currently manual, supported by browser developer tools, keyboard-only navigation checks, and screen-reader spot-checks. We will review and update this statement at least annually, and after any material redesign of the Site. We expect to commission an independent audit before any substantial expansion of the Site's functionality.
