These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of tairoventures.com (the "Site"), operated by Tairo Ventures Ltd ("Tairo Ventures", "we", "us"). By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

5. Engagements and services
Any services we provide are governed by a separate written engagement letter or contract that is signed by both parties. These Terms do not create a client relationship and do not establish the scope, fees, or terms of any engagement.
6. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for the content or practices of those sites. Use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes to any service Tairo Ventures Ltd provides to you under a separate engagement letter will be notified and agreed under the terms of that engagement, and not by posting to the Site.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that we may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence to enforce our intellectual-property rights. If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction whose mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts, that right is preserved.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
